Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

To provide and improve the 1% Club platform and APEX AI coaching services.

To send platform notifications and updates.

To generate AI-powered coaching recommendations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI processing via APEX).

Coach-client data is scoped — coaches can only see their own clients' data.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Row-level security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data.

Service role access is restricted to server-side API routes only.

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your profile settings.
